The artisanal potations of Destillaré provide balance, intense flavor, and natural complexity to any creative cocktail. This product is first distilled in copper alembic pot-stills, followed by a double distillation with a mixture of macerated fruits, including pomegranate, cranberry, strawberry, blueberry, and blackberry. The pot is further infused with ginger, galangal, clove, cinnamon, and mint, along with honey. Sweet orange peels and lavender are added to the vapor basket. Finally, additional botanicals and florals are macerated post distillation, creating a unique honey-infused spirit.
