This award-winning liqueur is crafted using a slow maceration process with predominantly Brazilian bananas, and enhanced with natural banana flavors and a touch of Cognac for a rich aroma. Its striking golden hue with hints of canary-yellow is complemented by a heady tropical scent and bold notes of ripe and dried banana. On the palate, it starts off soft and buttery with roasted banana flavors, finishing with a fiery kick from the oak barrel-aged alcohol. Additionally, it received a Gold Medal and scored a remarkable 95/100 at the 2007 International Review of Spirits Competition hosted by the Beverage Testing Institute (USA).
