Eduardo Cortez Perez's 5 Sentidos Coyote was first produced exclusively in California using a unique batch of maguey Coyote, believed to be a hybrid of Agave karwinskii and Agave Potatorum, sometimes referred to as a maguey Coyota by other distillers. This particular mezcal is bottled by Cinco Sentidos and crafted by Eduardo, the son of "Tio Tello."
