5 Sentidos Espadin Capon is expertly crafted by maestro mezcalero Alberto Martinez and his son-in-law Reynaldo in Santa Catarina Albarradas, Oaxaca. During production, the quiotes (stalks) of the Espadin agaves are removed, allowing the agaves to mature in the field for nearly one year. This process concentrates the sugar in the heart of the agave, which is then distilled to create a truly unique and enhanced mezcal.
