Our Tequila Blanco surpasses traditional standards every step of the way, starting with slow and low roasting of our Blue Weber Agave piñas to extract rich juice with a traditional Tahona stone wheel. The unique fermentation process takes place in American white oak and Mexican pine lined tanks, utilizing low temperatures and wine yeasts to achieve a one-of-a-kind flavor. Before bottling, our tequila is aged in used French oak wine barrels, adding depth and complexity to the final product that sets it apart from other Blancos.
