Crafted by expert hands, Tequila Gran Dovejo is a small-batch, 100% estate-grown tequila made from the finest blue agaves in the highlands of Jalisco by the Feliciano Vivanco Family. These agaves thrive in the acidic, iron-rich soil of the golden triangle, resulting in a high sugar content. After 36 hours of slow cooking in traditional brick ovens, the heart of the agave (pina) is hand-selected, milled, and fermented using "Prise de Mousse" and wild yeast strains from the estate agaves. This process yields a crystal-clear, platinum-hued tequila with sweet, citrus, and floral notes, a silky texture, and a long, soft finish.
