Each bottle of MILAM & GREENE TRIPLE CASK features a unique blend of three carefully chosen straight bourbon whiskies from three different states. Our Texas bourbon adds a spicy kick, while our Kentucky whiskey brings a touch of vanilla and fruity notes. We also incorporate sourced vintage Tennessee whiskey for a well-structured and complex flavor profile. Master distiller Marlene Holmes and her team distill these whiskies in Blanco, Texas and Bardstown, Kentucky, using a mash bill of 70% corn, 22% malted rye, and 8% barley along with our secret yeast recipe. After aging in barrels across three states, the whiskies are combined in Texas for final aging, batching, proofing, and bottling. The result is a refined and elegant bourbon with hints of vanilla, florals, and spice on the nose, a creamy and smooth palate, and a medium, warm finish with a strong structure and tannins.
