Mina Real Reposado is crafted with Espadin agave from Santa Catarina Minas, Oaxaca, which is grown over 4,800 feet above sea level. Following harvest, the agave is roasted in a cantera limestone kiln, shredded, fermented in 1,400 litre wooden vats with natural yeasts, and distilled twice in small clay-pot stills. The finished product is aged for four months in ex-brandy American white oak barrels before bottling. Mina Real Mezcal.
